Připraveno ve spolupráci s Výzkumným centrem průmyslového dědictví FA ČVUT v Praze, vedeného Benjaminem Fragnerem. Výstava navazuje na sérii akcí, setkání a aktivit organizovaných při příležitosti mezinárodních bienále Industriální stopy a je pokračováním úspěšného projektu mapujícího konverze na našem území (2005). / Prepared in cooperation with the Research Centre for Industrial Heritage FA CTU in Prague, led by Benjamin Fragner. The exhibition follows a series of events, meetings and activities organized to mark the International biennial of Vestiges of Industry and is a continuation of a successful project mapping conversions in our country (2005).
Reprezentativní výběr více než 30 příkladů nového využití opuštěných průmyslových staveb a areálů bude podrobně představen na výstavních panelech (historický i současný stav), doplněn interaktivní mapou, příklady ze zahraničí a barevnou publikací. Výstavu doprovodí i série přednášek a promítání. V redukované česko-anglické verzi bude připravena také její putovní verze. Projekt reaguje na citlivé, důležité a dnes často diskutované téma využití industriálních staveb a svou formou má oslovit nejen odbornou, ale i laickou veřejnost./ A representative selection of more than 30 examples of new use of abandoned industrial buildings and sites will be presented in detail at display panels (historical and current situation), supplemented by interactive map, examples from abroad and full-color publications. The exhibition is accompanied also by series of lectures and screenings. The reduced Czech-English version will be ready for a touring version.The project responds to the sensitive, important and often discussed topic of today – the use of industrial buildings – and its form should adress not only the professional public, but also the one.
